When you order onsite printing of nameplates from us in Attendwise, we offer you a free service of setting up your nameplate template with just the fields you want. As name, title, and company/organization as well as logo and possibly QR code. As well as connection to the system's onsite print function. We also test the printing before your event.
We collaborate with Kongresartikler.dk, which rents out label printers with integrated print software and sells name tags on thermocardboard or thermolabels, as well as sustainable lanyards. We ensure that our event system communicates with Kongresartikler.dk's print software for a common plug & play solution.
We offer both the onsite print function in addition to the ConferenceCommunicator registration system and as an independent system if you use another registration system. If you use our registration system, you gain the advantage of obtaining registrations and generating participant lists in the same system.
It is especially an advantage if your participants must be able to register on the day of your event itself. But you can easily import participant data from your other registration system into ConferenceCommunicator and use our onsite print name badge system.
When you use ConferenceCommunicator onsite printing of name tags to print the name tags at your event, you also register the arrival of your participants. You scan the participants' (and exhibitors') personal QR code with the event app, where the system both registers the participants' arrival and prints the name badge.
You can set up and assign different nameplates to different lists such as "regular" participant list, V.I.P list and exhibitor list. And you can send the participants' personal QR code in advance, either as an e-mail or text message. You can register different information in the QR code, which is displayed to the staff in the app when scanning.
